Tonight marks an historic milestone for AFC Wimbledon; the team’s first match back at Plough Lane after nearly 30 years.

It was a 2 all draw at the final whistle with both goals scored by Joe Pigott for AFC Wimbledon.

It has been a long road for the Dons, who have not had a proper home ground to call their own for three decades.

Despite the jubilant atmosphere, fans were being urged to stay at home because of Coronavirus.

Elsewhere, second-placed Swansea drew 1-1 at Brentford in the Championship tonight.
