A team of officers from Hounslow council will be returning to the streets this week after Christmas to help local business deal with the new Tier 4 restrictions.

The team have spent the past nine months explaining the ever-changing rules to traders.

The group say their approach has been successful in helping firms understand the guidelines.

Only 22 shops have been served prohibition notices and forced to close this year for breaching the rules.
