The RSPCA is working to give a dog a forever home, after he found abandoned and tied to a lamppost in Chertsey

The organisation is investigating after Scooby was found tied up in an alleyway on the 13^th of December.

A member of the public saw him, then again five hours later, so he untied him and took him home then called the charity.

He’s described as a “little sweetie” and “very playful and fun loving”, but with some “challenging behaviour” which may have led to him being abandoned.
