A controversial Low Traffic Neighbourhood scheme could be about to be replaced in Croydon

LTNs limit traffic by using flower planters to stop vehicles from entering certain roads.

But some residents living near the Crystal Palace LTN have complained of harder access to amenities like GP surgeries.

A new proposal, due to be approved by the council at a meeting tonight, will see cameras installed at the junctions instead of planters.
