A 6-month trial monitored the effects of restricting cars travelling between Broomfield Hill and Robin Hood car parks.
The vehicle links between Sheen Gate and Sheen Cross have also been closed off during lockdown.
Royal Parks says the overall plan is to enhance the park environment for all visitors and reduce traffic on the park roads.
