Allegations that a police officer for South-West London left out information about an arrest have been found not proven.

APS David Mattock was accused of only making the arrest after the suspect apparently said they would make a complaint against him.

A hearing was told that this suggestion was left out of the report to mask the true circumstances of the arrest.

If the allegations had been proven, it would have amounted to gross misconduct and he would have been dismissed.
