Crystal Palace manager Roy Hodgson believes the Premier League deserves great credit for keeping football going through the coronavirus pandemic.

There have been suggestions this afternoon's game with Sheffield United could have been postponed, following a Covid-19 outbreak in their opponents' squad.

But Hodgson believes everything must be done to keep the action running, under the current safety measures.
