Adrian Hoare was found guilty of child cruelty over the death of Alfie Lamb in 2019.
She was jailed for two years and nine months but was offered early release and left prison that October.
However, she was taken back into custody in May 2020 and the Parole Board has now decided she must stay there.
Her original sentence expires in July.
