A man and a woman boarded a 406 service travelling from Kingston to Epsom at Tolworth Broadway on April the 22nd.
They sat on the top deck where the man was heard being verbally abusive, before getting off at Epsom High Street at 1.30pm.
Police want to try and identify both the victim and the suspect.
