Guildford is showing no change, although over the last week rates THERE have been dropping, something that’s not happening now.
Spelthorne has the highest rate, at 338 per 100,000, but Epsom and Ewell is showing the biggest increase, at 46%.
While the county-wide figures are rising, they’re currently lower than the rate across the South-East and England.
