Emma Raducanu says she had a flight home booked before the main draw of the US Open tennis had even begun

The British teenager made history last night by becoming the first qualifier to reach the semi-finals of the New York Grand Slam. 

She beat 11th seed Belinda Bencic, maintaining her record of not dropping a set.
