The development is part of an ongoing partnership between Spelthorne Council and housing association A2Dominium.
Together they have produced the Housing First scheme to offer wrap-around support for entrenched rough sleepers.
Several
new services are planned to deliver advice and support to an anticipated rise
in evictions due to the economic impact of Covid-19.
