The Civil Aviation Authority has blocked Heathrow from hiking passenger charges by as much as it would like

The airport says it will take a 300-million-pound hit and that revenues and earnings for the year will be below previous estimates.

The CAA limited charges to 30-pounds-19 per passenger seven pounds below where Heathrow had hoped.
