The Sutton Decentralised Energy Network was set up to power the New Mill Quarter, something Carshalton MP Elliot Colburn says it’s not done well.
He’s asking anyone who hasn’t already come forward to speak to him about their experiences.
Sutton Council says they’re giving the project more scrutiny and working to ensure its long term viability.
