61 year old Geza Tarjanyi was arrested outside Sajid Javid’s house on 3rd January after an alleged anti-vaccine protest.
He’s accused of planning to stick posters with spray adhesive on the property in an attempt to damage it.
He’s been granted conditional bail ahead of the trial set for 31st October.
