A solicitor allegedly injected food with his own blood in multiple shops in Fulham

37-year-old Leoaai Elghareeb reportedly caused £500,000 of damage, and assaulted a security guard.

The court heard syringes were later found on the floor and some were still embedded in food packets.

He’s pleaded not guilty and the trial continues.
