Detectives in Croydon have appealed for witnesses following a prolonged attack in which a 31 year-old woman had hair torn from her scalp

 The attack, which police say was racially aggravated, happened as she was getting off a 119 bus outside East Croydon Station on December 18^th.

The woman was punched in the back of the head and the attack left her with facial injuries.

Police have also issued a picture of the man they wnt to question.
