Hammersmith and Fulham Council says a solar panel initiative is helping residents to “lower their energy bills”

The Solar Together scheme allows homeowners to purchase them through pre-approved installers at a cut price.

It’s part of the Council’s ambition to reach net zero carbon emissions by 2030.
