On the 26th November, the victim, a man in his 40s was pushing his niece in a pram along Chapel Road when he accidently ran over an unknown man’s foot.
The man reacted by punching the victim so hard in the face that it broke his eye socket, later requiring three courses of surgery.
The suspect is described as a black man, aged in his 30s, approximately 5ft 9inches tall and of slim build.
