The council wants to create six more outside schools in areas including Roehampton and Earlsfield.
There are already 19 such schemes in the borough, which prohibit vehicular traffic at school drop off and pick up times.
Number plate reading cameras have been set up at some locations while others use barriers to actively create traffic-free zones.
