32-year-old Matthew Worsfold is described has white, of medium build, 5ft 5, with short gingery brown hair, a beard, and freckles.
As well as Surrey, Matthew has links to Kent, West Sussex, Crawley and Redhill.
Crimestoppers is offering a reward of up to £1,000 for information on Matthew’s whereabouts which leads to his arrest.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact police on 101 or Crimestoppers to remain anonymous.
