It came after residents reported being kept up on Sunday night by the sound of vehicles doing handbrake turns in Thorpe Industrial Estate.
When officers arrived, the driver didn’t have any headlights on either.
The warning means if he’s caught driving anti-socially again in the next 12 months, Police have powers to seize his vehicle.
