A man has been given a community order, after stealing £10,000 worth of laptops from a car park in Staines.

48-year-old Robert Philips from Slough used a saw to break into a locked cupboard, but was caught on CCTV.

He stole two laptops used for automatic number plate recognition.

His car was captured on CCTV, and he was tracked down, arrested, and the laptops were recovered.
