A man has been handed a formal warning following complaints someone was urinating near a school in Carshalton.

The Community Protection Notice was handed to the person in question by officers in Stanley Park Road. 

Breach of any requirement issued in the notice can lead to a fine, and if prosecuted and convicted, this can be up to £2,500.
