West Lodge was built in 1894, and is Grade II* listed, although there are approved plans to redevelop it.
The first floor includes a separate studio apartment, in addition to an en-suite guest bedroom.
Plans for the basement include a cinema room, massage room, and a wine cellar with a tasting room next to it.
