A two month old lamb has died and multiple sheep have been attacked by a dog in Tadworth after reports of livestock worrying.

Officers are appealing for witnesses of the incident on Sunday between 2.30pm and 3.30pm, where five other lambs were injured.

Livestock worrying is when a dog scares or attacks farm animals; sheep are particularly sensitive, and often die from the shock.

Anyone who witnessed the incident or has any information is urged to contact police on 101.
