Catalytic converter thefts in South-West London reportedly dropped by more than a third in January.

That’s what police are saying, after their crackdown that month.

Wandsworth had 108 incidents of theft from a vehicle, which is its lowest figure since February 2015, except for April 2020 during lockdown.

The operation included a Range Rover which was recovered within five minutes of being stolen.
