Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has praised the club's staff after the team reached the Champions League quarter-finals

They continued their defence of the trophy with a 2-1 win in Lille last night, which took them through 4-1 on aggregate.

Despite the club's future remaining uncertain, Tuchel says everyone has remained professional.
