Chelsea's travel to tomorrow's Champions League tie in Lille won't be affected by the restrictions put on the club by the UK government's decision to sanction Russian owner Roman Abramovich.

The Premier League side are operating under a special licence limiting the amount of money they can spend on travel.

However boss Thomas Tuchel has confirmed the framework was already in place for the trip to France, with the away game at Middlesbrough on Saturday more of an issue.
