Operational issues were to blame for the chaos which caused cancellation of more than 25 flights on Saturday.
Passengers were left frustrated not knowing what had happened to their baggage or cancelled flights
The airline has apologised "We know how frustrating this is and our teams are working incredibly hard to return luggage as soon as possible.”
