Isleworth Library has reopened its doors, with a series of green upgrades.

Solar panels have been installed, and gas boilers have gone in favour of air source heat pumps.

It’ll reduce costs by 23% and emissions by 50%.

The council is spending just under £19m to decarbonise the area.
