Thousands of men and women will pound the streets in decorated bras to raise money for breast cancer charity, Walk the Walk.
Jenna Dance from Streatham is one of those who will be taking on the 26.2 mile challenge.
She was diagnosed with breast cancer three years ago at the age of 35.
