A range of donations have been collected so far, from prams, warm coats, sleeping mats to dog food for animals in need.
Animal centre, Southridge, offered any dog food they could spare and a van to help transport donations to the collection point.
RSPCA Inspector Dale Grant who organised the collection said, “I really couldn’t have done it without their support and generosity.”
