She was walking her dog at around 3.30pm on the 17th of April, when the man began following her.
He put his arms around her shoulders against her will and repeatedly patted her back.
He’s described as middle eastern, in his 40s, around 5ft 4 inches tall, and anyone with information is asked to contact Runnymede Police.
