Merton Council officers were alerted to the property in Radnor Close after neighbours complained about numerous late-night parties.
Several warning letters were sent to the landlord and tenants last month, which were allegedly “disregarded”.
The council decided to apply to the courts for a Premises Closure Order which was granted and will last three months.
