Extinction rebellion have returned to the Esso West oil terminal in Heathrow as the 7th day of protests at oil facilities continue.

Four protesters have climbed on two oil trucks as they attempted to leave the terminal and others have locked themselves onto the vehicle. 

Banners have also been draped across the trucks that say ‘NO MORE OIL’ and ‘END FOSSIL FUELS NOW’. 

The groups will continue to block oil refineries until the government agrees to end all new fossil fuel investments.
