It’s emerged Esher and Walton’s MP, Dominic Raab, was among one of the targets of the man found guilty of murdering Sir David Amess.

26 year old Ali Harbi Ali was earlier convicted of Sir David's murder, and also of preparing acts of terrorism.

Mr Raab is Justice Secretary and also Deputy Prime Minister and someone Ali Harbi Ali had researched before he carried out the fatal attack on Sir David. 

Speaking the week after Sir David’s murder, Mr Raab said abuse, especially online abuse, needs to be dealt with.
