The Olympic silver medallist will join fundraisers raising money for The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity’s Oak Centre Appeal.
Earlier this week, he met with cancer patient Tara Kelly who is also taking part in the journey to Machu Picchu.
Tara was diagnosed in 2019 and thanked the staff for their support stating that without them “I don’t think I would be here today.”
The Oak Cancer Centre aims to bring 400 researchers and 350 clinical staff together when it opens next year.
