Royal Parks Police say it puts both animals at risk, with both being “seriously injured and sometimes killed”.
They add that fleeing deer can be dangerous to all park users, especially when they are pregnant.
Royal Parks Sergeant, Peter Sturgess, says the parks belong to the deer.
