The incident happened on Friday afternoon, where the man exposed himself to two adult females outside Ewell Grove School.
He then walked off towards Garbrand Walk, officers are asking any witnesses in the area at the time to come forward.
The suspect was interviewed and has been released with bail conditions not to go within 100 meters of a primary school.
