Officers were called to reports of a collision between a black Audi TT and a black Vauxhall Astra at 10.45pm on the 12th of September.
The driver of the Vauxhall was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Police are asking anyone with dashcam footage between Purbrook and Milford around the time of the incident to contact them on 101.
