A police officer for South-West London who “implied” he would sexually assault a colleague has been found guilty of misconduct.

Luis Tickner allegedly invited the woman back to his flat in Tooting, and caused her to have a panic attack.

He denied the allegations at the hearing and when confronted by bosses.

The hearing concluded that he would have been sacked if he hadn’t resigned in December.
