Around 115,000 Royal Mail postal workers are beginning a two-day strike today in a dispute over pay

The Wimbledon-based Communication Workers Union says it won't accept an "unagreed 2% pay deal" which they claim was "imposed" on them.

Royal Mail says the action makes its financial position worse, threatening long-term jobs.
