The 45 year old man was charged with cycling without due care and attention following an incident on Broomfield Hill in May.
Two other cyclists were hospitalised after the man allegedly collided with them on the wrong side of the road.
He will appear at Lavender Hill Magistrates’ Court on November the 16th.
