34 year old Luke Orlando Skeete is also charged with driving while disqualified following a vehicle stop in Kingston on Wednesday.
A subsequent premises search resulted in the seizure of more than 100kg of cocaine and more than 200kg of ketamine.
He’ll next appear in court next month.
