He’s accused of two counts of indecent exposure at a fast food restaurant in Kent in January and February last year.
He appeared at the Old Bailey by video link from jail and the case was adjourned until the 1st November.
He is already serving a whole-life sentence for the kidnap in Clapham and murder of Sarah Everard in March last year.
