The head of a veterans’ charity in Surbiton says the Queen’s funeral is something he will never forget

Chair of the Royal Star and Garter, Major General Tim Tyler, was one of 2,000 mourners invited to the service at Westminster Abbey. 

The Queen had been patron of the charity since 1953. 

Major Tim says it was a special day of reflection.
