Chelsea boss Emma Hayes believes more needs to be done to ensure greater parity between the top level of men's and women's football

Chelsea travel to Tottenham in the quarter finals of the League Cup tonight.

Their WSL game against Liverpool on Sunday was abandoned because of a frozen pitch at Kingsmeadow after six minutes of play.

Hayes says all top-flight stadiums should have under soil heating like in the Premier League.
