Conducted over a three day period last week, the aim was to stop high harm offenders from using roads and rails to transport drugs.
More than 1,200 officers focused on arterial routes and motorways in and around London including the M25 and the A40 in Hammersmith.
Over 170 suspects where arrested, of which 21 were made by Surrey Police.
