27-year-old Frank Smith from Leatherhead targets included elderly people, who he would tell lies to in order to gain access to their homes.
Smith also stole a bag from a woman in the Sainsbury’s car park while he was on bail for stealing thousands of pounds of tools at Buildbase.
He’s pleaded guilty to 19 offences over the past year, and has been sentenced to three years in prison.
